Zumbathon 2018Zumbathon® for SLP Food ShelfExercise to be active and have fun! Yoga by SaraThis 15-week Yoga experience will challenge you and improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. The cost for 1x/week will be $75, or you can go 2x/week for $100. This class is open to people with any level of yoga experience-beginners to experts! The class will vary between an active, vinyasa flow style class and a gentle class, changing to meet the needs, goals, and desires of the participants. Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat if available (a mat is highly recommended, but not required). If you have any questions, please email at SVince@district16.orgInstructor Bio: I am Sara Vincent, a health and physical education teacher, cross country and track/field coach at Spring Lake Park High School. I attended Winona State University and taught group fitness for three years, supervising the group fitness program for one of the years. I have been doing yoga for eight years and have taught yoga for three years to athletes, students, and the general public. I received a level one certification through YogaFit in March of 2017 and my 200 hour registered yoga teacher certificate in June of 2018. I am excited to bring this yoga experience to members of the Spring Lake Park community!
