Join Jan for a three-hour exploration of reviving and caring for cast-iron skillets, Dutch ovens, griddles, &c, and bring your pans for a quick turn in the pan spa—then they’ll be ready to do you proud with dishes you’ll make in class: a superior pizza, cheesy corn bread, seared steak, tender and juicy chicken breasts, terrific scones, and oven-roasted summer vegetables.
