Experience an ancient wellness practice being rediscovered anew in the 21st century. Join our 2-hour immersive, meditative, and therapeutic forest bathing walk. We will slow down and connect with our senses to the healing, stress-reducing beauty of a little-known hidden corner of the Twin Cities. We will slip away from our phones and revive our relationship with the forest and ourselves via unique invitations that prompt participants to experience the forest in distinct ways. We will share what we notice with each other, incorporating our experiences into our memory to tap again when we may need them. We will re-enter the tame world, renewed and refreshed. For more information on forest bathing please visit www.motzstudios.com.
Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in the rain and snow, but not thunderstorms or negative temperatures. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired. Please bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk.
