Discovery Days is for kids ages 3-5 and provides kindergarten readiness for your child and child care while you work.
Learning Ventures Child Care programs are for for school-age children in grades K - 6th grade. We provide child care before- and after-school from 6:30 am - 6 pm at each Elementary. Non-School Days are at Centerview Elementary.
Preschool prepares children for kindergarten by incorporating literacy, math, science, social studies, art, social/emotional development, and physical development into its curriculum. Preschool is aligned with the SLP Schools kindergarten program.

SLPHS and SLP Community Ed are proud to partner in the support of private music lessons. Lessons are $30 per half an hour, offered by trimester in a "pack" of lessons payable in one fee. All lessons will be held in the SLPHS Music Suite. Financial support is available for students who qualify for Educational Benefits.
Trimester 1 French Horn Lessons:
Instructor: Heidi Stodola Ms. Heidi Stodola has taught band and orchestra since 1998 and is currently teaching at Osseo Middle School in Osseo, MN. Sheis an avid performer in the Twin Cities metro area, playing Horn in a symphony and a brass band in the Anoka area, as well as subbing in several other area ensembles. Ms. Stodola is a member of the Twin Cities Horn club and also coaches several French Horn sections for honor bands in MN, including regional honor bands and the All-State Bands.
Number of lessons: 9 half hour lessons
Schedule: Please select which open lesson schedule you would like. If there are conflicts due to illness, other band commitments, etc. please work with Heidi Stodola/Ross Wolf on schedule adjustments after registering. Refunds will not be given for missed lessons at this time, so please work with the instructor to reschedule another lesson.
Cost: Trimester 1 French Horn Lesson Pack is $270 ($30 per lesson)
