Discovery Days is for kids ages 3-5 and provides kindergarten readiness for your child and child care while you work.
Learning Ventures Child Care programs are for for school-age children in grades K - 6th grade. We provide child care before- and after-school from 6:30 am - 6 pm at each Elementary. Non-School Days are at Centerview Elementary.
Preschool prepares children for kindergarten by incorporating literacy, math, science, social studies, art, social/emotional development, and physical development into its curriculum. Preschool is aligned with the SLP Schools kindergarten program.

Parent and child may separate during class time.
Kindergarten through grade 4 shoppers have the opportunity to purchase inexpensive gifts ranging from $1 - $5 for members of their family. Each child can purchase up to five gifts. SLPHS student volunteers and SLP Lions Club will be on hand to help students purchase and wrap gifts so they can bring them home for the holiday season.
Children must be present to shop and be accompanied to the event by an adult. Event will take place at the SLPHS Cafeteria, please enter through door 29. Please sign up for a 30-minute time slot below.
This is part of our Winter Market community event. Please plan to arrive early and stay late to enjoy performances by our SLPHS music students, arts & craft activities, refreshments, and a craft vendor fair! Fun for the whole family!
