Discovery Days is for kids ages 3-5 and provides kindergarten readiness for your child and child care while you work.
Learning Ventures Child Care programs are for for school-age children in grades K - 6th grade. We provide child care before- and after-school from 6:30 am - 6 pm at each Elementary. Non-School Days are at Centerview Elementary.
Preschool prepares children for kindergarten by incorporating literacy, math, science, social studies, art, social/emotional development, and physical development into its curriculum. Preschool is aligned with the SLP Schools kindergarten program.

The SLP Recreation Department, SLP Community Education and the SLP Lions Club are teaming up once again to bring you our Parent/Grandparent/Guardian + Child Sweetheart Dance!! Families are invited to join us for a magical evening of dancing, crafts, snacks, and quality time spent together. Children will receive a take home "swag" bag with goodies! Casual or formal dress welcome. Snacks and refreshments included.
Fee: $7/pair [Adult + Child] Additional fee of $3.50 for each additional participant
