This past year has resulted in some of the most significant changes to the college planning process in decades:-Schools have gone ACT/SAT optional, but not necessarily when they award scholarships.-Recent legislation included substantial changes to the FAFSA and college financial aid-Behind-the-scenes rules have changed on how colleges can recruit students and award scholarships.Join us to learn how these changes may impact your family, and new strategies to consider to give your student the best opportunity to be admitted and maximize scholarships and financial aid.If you are the parent of a HS student in grades 9-11, this is incredibly important info you will not want to miss. Discovery Days is for kids ages 3-5 and provides kindergarten readiness for your child and child care while you work.
Learning Ventures Child Care programs are for for school-age children in grades K - 6th grade. Care will be offered at each of the elementary schools for AM/PM care. Summer care will be available for grades 1-7 at our SLPHS - Lighthouse site.
Preschool prepares children for kindergarten by incorporating literacy, math, science, social studies, art, social/emotional development, and physical development into its curriculum. Preschool is aligned with the SLP Schools kindergarten program.
