  • Drivers Education with Safeway Driving School (GR 9-12) 19-20

    Spring Lake Park Schools Community Education offers teen driver’s education in cooperation with Safeway Driving School. Safeway Driving School has been graduating teen drivers in the Twin Cities area for over 40 years and their instructors are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Safeway’s only focus is creating safe, responsible teen drivers. Classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons emphasize defensive driving techniques tailored for the inexperienced teen driver while targeting to influence the invincible teen attitude. Full Course Fee of $360 is broken into 3 payments: $120 due at registration time $120 due the last day of classroom instruction; checks made payable to Safeway Driving School or call Safeway before last class to pay by credit card $120 due at the first behind-the-wheel; checks made payable to Safeway Driving School or call Safeway before behind-the-wheel to pay by credit card
  • Panther Football Academy 2020

    For football players entering grades 9-12 in fall 2020. This program combines a mini-camp, 7-on-7 league and strength and speed training. Coached by head coach John Stewart and the SLPHS football staff. Strength & Speed June 15 – August 7 No Strength & Speed July 6-10 We will be lifting on a 3 day/week program. Monday: Session time: 9:00-10:00 (after mini camp) Wednesday: Session time: 8–9:30 am Friday: Session time: 8–9:30 am Mini-Camp & Scrimmages All grades 9-12 June 1, 2, 3 & 4 from 3:15–5:45 pm @ SLPHS Mondays starting June 15th from 7:00– 8:45 am @ SLPHS (no camp week of July 6) Scrimmages may be added at a later date Equipment handout: May 29th for HS students, June 1st for current 8th graders Passing League(7 on 7): Wednesday 10:00-11:00 am (after lifting) More details will follow in June about schedule 9th grade participation will depend on our opponents levels of play OVERSPEED TREADMILL Registration includes 1 day a week of Overspeed Treadmill Training.   • SLPHS Student Parking Permit 2019-2020

    Annual Parking Permits are available Online! To purchase your student parking permit for School Year 2019-2020, you must register and pay on-line. If you do not have access to a computer, you may register at the District Services Center (DSC) between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Permits will be available for pickup at the at the SLPHS on Tuesday, Aug 27 from 2:00 pm - 6 pm. Beginning Tuesday, September 3, Parking Permits will be available in the Student Parking Lot Shed.
